Greater Verde Valley Home Show & Symposium – May 3, 2025

Due to the changes in the real estate over the last few years, the Camp Verde Chamber of Commerce has decided to hold a Home Show & Symposium in the Parks & Recreation buildings on Main Street & Holloman streets on May 3, 2025.  We will have various speakers speaking on the new Wildlife Urban Interface (WUI) laws that are now being enforced.  The causes of homeowner insurance not being renewed due to not being fire wise and meeting the WUI requirements. The changes involved in the NAR settlement that now require signed Buyer Broker agreements & proof of funds prior to showing any listings.  We will have property managers discussing what is required for a vacation rental or long term investment property.  Contractors to discuss new subdivisions, new builds, remodels, etc.  There will be several senior citizen information speakers and several first time home buyers.  Financial advisors & lenders available to discuss lending available for both reverse mortgages, first time home buyer potential grants & loans, FHA, VA & USDA loans, and much more.
