I purchased a home in Cottonwood, Arizona. From the very first moment, Gina was my go to person. She took care of every single need I had, with tremendous knowledge and expertise. She knows many vendors and can take care of anything that’s needed for a client.

From staging to cleaning to repair, she made sure that my home looked great and stayed great.

Though there are other people in my vacation rental property management office, I do not trust anyone to take care of me like Gina does. I recommend her 100% and more for any of your needs.

I consider myself incredibly lucky to have been able to work with Gina Hull in preparing our home in Sedona, Arizona for short term rental. She was enormously helpful to me in selecting the furniture for our new, never lived in home, and in making sure that someone was at the home for deliveries and set up of the furniture, since I live in Illinois. Gina did an outstanding job staging the furniture and adding those special touches that make each room look its best.
She also provided us with great ideas for the outside of our home and how we could cost effectively make that area better as well, helping us to find the right person to do the work we needed at reasonable rates. Gina advised me on the details of what we needed to stock in the home for our guests, and, at my request, acquired these items for me at excellent prices. She also determined the best places to store these essentials in the house, sending me photos of what she had purchased, and where she had placed them.
Getting a new, never lived in, home ready for short term rental very quickly can be very stressful. Fortunately for me, my stress level (I am a worrier by nature) was greatly reduced because I could count on Gina Hull’s knowledge of what needed to be done, her professionalism, taste, judgment, and dependability. I also very much enjoyed working with Gina because of her positive attitude, sense of humor, and friendliness. The short-term rental is going well and I was able to enjoy celebratory cocktails with Gina on my deck last winter break while my family and I vacationed in our vacation home away from home in Sedona!

We have enjoyed a lengthy professional relationship with Mrs. Gina Hull. Time and time again Mrs.Hull has proven herself to be the quintessential property manager with extensive experience and a broad skill set in many related areas.

She is meticulous in her attention to detail as witnessed by our personal experiences with our vacation rental property. She is a dedicated professional, a take charge person and under her watch nothing is overlooked. She handles everything with over the top competence & equanimity. Throughout the entire process, Gina demonstrated outstanding professionalism, expertise, and dedication, that significantly contributed to the remediation and remodel of our home, after 7 months of relentless setbacks.

1) Gina knows how to ride the ups and downs dealing with contractors, vendors, sub-contractors, and negotiating with insurance estimators and adjusters. Residing in CA, my husband and I could not oversee the remediation 24/7. Gina was our eyes and ears, paying meticulous attention to “detail” on all aspects of construction. We could not have survived this devastating loss without her persistence, calmness and business acumen. She focused not on the devastation but kept the end in mind.
2) From the initial consultation to the final walk through and putting our house back together, Gina Hull exhibited remarkable organizational skills and attention to detail. Gina took the time to understand our needs and “listen” empathically. She stayed with us step-by-step and addressed both the immediate repairs and suggestions for long-term goals for the home. Gina’s ability to coordinate local vendors from Cottonwood and Sedona greatly ensured our contractor, ABC Restoration from Prescott, to stay on schedule and on budget.
3) One of the most impressive aspects of Gina Hull’s work was her communication skills. Gina kept us informed at every stage of the remodel, taking pictures, and promptly addressing any concerns or questions we had. Her transparency and willingness to provide updates fostered a sense of trust and collaboration, making the experience much less stressful for us. She readily answers texts, cell messages and emails.
4) Moreover, Gina demonstrated a strong problem-solving ability. When unexpected issues arose due to the flood damage, as the mold remediation, she handled them with efficiency and suggested solutions for further repair.
Thanks to Gina Hull, our home has been transformed into a beautiful ambiance, that we can now call our own. Keep in mind, Gina has earned respect among construction companies in several neighboring communities, who are eager to work with/for Gina.
